As we enter the New Year, we look back on 2019 with pride and fondness. From the initiatives we took to every single happy client, Pramod added yet another stellar year to its legacy. And we have the utmost gratitude to everyone who saw us through the year.

17th March: Painting the Town with Holi Milan
Holi Mangal Milan was a huge and joyous hit, as it should be! The festivities were
enjoyed thoroughly by all our guests, and we were overjoyed at its success!
Our designer home developers were pleased with our guests’ participation. They all engaged in playful banter and in the variety of games we put together for the event!
The selfie corner was the highlight of the event. With so many people taking selfies, choosing the winner was an incredible feat. That said, once again, we would like to congratulate Mr Rajeev Manhot for winning best selfie!
Holi at Pramod was indeed the colourful, fun-filled festival it deserved to be!
5th April: Launching the 5 Savita Project

26th October: Lighting up Our Lives with Diwali Festivities
In October, we celebrated a safe, peaceful, green Diwali that reflected our environmentally-conscious values as an organisation. As a part of promoting similar celebrations, we urged our clients and associates to celebrate a cracker-free Diwali, too!
As sustainable designer homes developers, we are continually thinking of giving back to nature. Engaging in a peaceful, quiet Diwali that does not contribute to noise and air pollution, was part of this endeavour!
We also knew that while celebrating Diwali was essential, celebrating the people who make this possible was also necessary: our patrons.
This is why, for Diwali, we put together gift baskets for our most loved and respected patrons. The basket included:
Kahwa: A Kashmiri blend tea for a warmer winter.
Dhuna: Adding light to prayers and making poojas more fragrant.
Bandhanwaar: Adorning homes with these decorative wall hangings that invite positivity.
A Dupatta, Kesar Cashews and Starnes: Brightening the festival with gorgeous and delectable treats!
This way, we at Pramod celebrated a fulfilling, environment-friendly Diwali that made all our lives brighter in 2019!
13th November: Team Outing
A day outing at Lohagarh Farms gives us a day of leisure and entertainment with loads of memories among the team.
15th-17th November: Team Outing
The team at Pramod went for two days of intensive team-building exercises and entertainment events organised at the Club Mahindra Kandhaghat Resort.
Complete with group activities and games, bonfire nights, a DJ night, a walk with nature, treasure hunting and more, our family was truly brought closer over these days!
14th December: A Green and Clean Founder’s Day
Our designer home developers hold Mother Nature in the highest regard. At
Pramod, we combine Founder’s Day – the day we honour our founder, Sh. Pramod Kumar Gupta – with our Go Green Initiative.
Sh. Gupta also believed in sustainable living and giving back to the Earth. 35 years later, in 2019, we understand the need for such environmental consciousness and follow in his footsteps! To this extent, we try to use natural lighting and greens as much as possible in all our projects. Simultaneously, we use sustainable energy like solar and rainwater, so you always have your amenities without adversely affecting our planet.
In 2019, we celebrated Founder’s Day by partnering with the NGO. With their help, we began with a Walk for the Environment from the Pramod Group office to the Yamuna Sports Complex, planting trees at the destination.
We also launched our corporate video all over social media, highlighting the designer homes we provide as well as promoting a sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle!
Giving Back to Society with Bhandara
Bhandara 2019 was one of the most humbling experiences for the team at Pramod.
As designer home developers, we often see luxury and affluence around us. However, Bhandara gave us insight about less fortunate people.
Bhandara marked our anniversary, and its celebration proved to be a tremendous feat. We prepared hearty meals for several people from underprivileged communities. This event was achievable with the help of our prestigious guests who, with their families, led it to success.
Bhandara also saw the launch of our new logo and brand name. The entire event was truly a brilliant way to celebrate 35 years of Pramod Group and the impact we have had.
It represented our values of ensuring every client and every person we serve gets maximum happiness from their experiences with us.
A Final Overview of 2019
2019 marked 35 years of Pramod Group. Since our establishment in 1984, we have emerged as the premier designer home developers for residential architecture and interior décor. With all we achieved in 2019, our team is more than ready to tackle anything 2020 brings.
