Operations & Interiors
Nitin is an MBA by qualification. His real passion comes in applying all skills in developing the project strategies. He is a proven all-rounder and an excellent trouble shooter with a cool head. He is a multi-tasker. He loves listening to music and hang out with family.
Finance & Accounts
He is a CA by qualification and comes with a rich experience of 30 years, post completing his Chartered Accountancy. Pradeep is associated with Pramod since 2012 and ensures that Financial fundamentals are practiced as per governing laws. He is fond of enhancing his knowledge by reading books on Tax & Audit matters.
Designs
Shefali is a Sr. Architect with the company and MBA in real estate. She is specialized in detailed drawings, technical documents, and project coordination majorly. Her working experience with DUAC and many other residential projects is very helpful in strategizing. She likes listening to music and traveling.
Operations & Admin
Pankaj Patwal is a Post Graduate in HRM & is associated with Pramod for 10 years. He has a rich working experience of 16 years with Big brands. He is very passionate about the task assigned to him, which helps in a big way in managing his CRM responsibilities. He likes driving and is a full fitness freak.
Project Execution
Surendra Singh is with Pramod for 10 years. He possesses great knowledge on civil and structure design & construction. His planning and execution skills have ensured our buildings have very strong foundation. He enjoys playing Cricket.
